With a thermal spray system, we coat the surface with a metal or alloy that solidifies on impact to any material. We are also able to change the level and degree of coating on the surface. 28E ARCTEC Non-slip Coating
The 28E Arc Spray system is an industry grade system widely used for various applications.
28E ARCTEC is applied using the arcspray process with the ARC 140 system.
During the process the raw material is melted by an electric arc. This molten material is atomised by a cone of compressed air and sprayed toward to target surface or area. Upon contact, the particles flatten onto the surface, freeze and mechanically bond; firstly onto the roughened surface and then onto each other as the coating thickness is increased.
